Lillibrooke Manor , just outside Maidenhead in Berkshire was the incredible backdrop for Rachel Martin's stunning Winter Wedding!
This was my first outing to Lillibrooke Manor and i was very excited to be capturing a Wedding there! The fact that the Wedding was taking place in December and that there would be Christmas Trees and sparkly lights meant i was doubly excited! I love Christmas!
The main barn when the reception was held looked too good under the pealight canopy with
each guest receiving a glass bauble as their Wedding favour and keepsake of the Wedding day, how cool is that!
Winter Weddings can bring fear to even the most seasoned Wedding photographers (if you pardon the pun) , bringing all of the factors into the day, potential wet weather, late ceremonies and fading winter light early in the afternoon and tight schedules. On this day, although bitterly cold, we were blessed with the crispest winters day! It was Dry and we managed to catch the last glimmers the fading Winter sun which made for some epic photographs!
On the way to Lillibrooke Manor i stopped off to see Martin, his family and the guys, now when i met Martins Nan and her proud beaming smile , i knew it was going to be the most amazing day! Go check out that smile!
For me, capturing memories like this is what wedding photography is all about , Priceless!
